ABOUT: Client wanted a complete remodel & refresh of this home to be used as rental property.  This existing 1909 home was definitely in need of updates.  The Client wanted an open plan and an additional powder room all without major structural changes, other than taking out a few walls and the unused brick chimney that was hidden behind walls.  This home has a basement, but was only cleaned up and refreshed for use as a basement and storage.
