A formerly licensed electrician turned Building Designer, Doug founded MOPO Design Studio to do the work he most loves: design thoughtful, practical, and eco-friendly spaces for all.

Doug counts on a degree in Architectural Design & Drafting and a Certificate in Sustainable Design from Portland Community College; is a Commissioner on the Planning Commission for the City of Molalla, Oregon and volunteers with Architects without Borders. When not working, he enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest’s natural gems and spending time with his friends and family.
